Math-A-Thon!

Dear Parents, Students, and Sponsors,

Welcome to the Aldridge Elementary PTA Math-A-Thon!

The PTA is very excited to offer our students an entertaining way to raise funds for our school! This is the first year for Aldridge to have a Math-A-Thon and we hope that by making our fundraising a team effort, we will be able to raise $10,000! By including our families and students in the Math-A-Thon, this fundraiser will provide a fun and exciting year for our students at Aldridge.

The funds that the Aldridge Elementary PTA generates each year provides each student with their take home folders and planners, class parties, and a spirit/field day shirt. The PTA has supported numerous improvements for Aldridge. In 2011, the PTA commissioned several of the new mural paintings around the school. This year, PTA resources will allow each student to attend a grade-level field trip to an exciting venue.

I encourage every child to participate in the Aldridge Math-A-Thon. E-mails are a great way to allow family and friends to donate to a worthy, learning-based fundraiser. This year, the PTA has made it easier to donate through the use of credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).

Each grade level has a workbook that is tailored to their curriculum. Rewards will be given to each child that completes the Math-A-Thon workbook. Parents will need to complete the pledge form, confirming that the student has completed their Math-A-Thon workbook.

I know we can do a great job on the workbook as well as getting pledges to support our school!

Go Aldridge!!

Thank you,
Kathryn Kuehn

If you mark “YES” to give consent for inclusion in the DIRECTORY, be sure to fill out all of the requested
